The room was luxury and big and with a scenic view of the beach. The location was great, close enough to the beach to the left for more restaurants with fire shows around 7:30pm, the sea all the time and another dive centre and right by Sairee Plaza we wanted to see.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It is just a few minutes' walk away from bars and restaurants, yet still offers a peaceful and quiet holiday experience right on Sairee Beach. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide great service. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms here are basic but comfortable. They are nicely decorated and come with all the basic amenities you need, including AC, TV, and a safe.

The breakfast included at this hotel is great, with made-to-order omelettes. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the variety of food options offered.

The Pool was nice and clean, also with a deeper section. Too bad it was occupied by a diving course the whole first day. Good location on beach (north of sairee, more quiet part). Free internet, very slow though.

Alot of dogs inside/outside the restaurant.Not very hygienic when the waitors pet the dogs and serves food at the same time. Lady in reception also carrying around her dog while treating guests. We had a Villa that had bad mildew oder (mold). No minisafe or minibar.

It's far enough away but also close enough to all the hustle, nice part of beach, plenty sun loungers.

The room felt as though it was infested with little ants, the floors were not properly put together so little ants, spiders etc could get through and there were several creeping about the bed and worktops. Sleeping at night was an issue because we were constantly itching. I liked the layout and the space but value for money, I wouldn't say this was good for the cost!
